With over 10 unique colors in our collection, our stock moves very quickly.

We offer Size Exchanges only for the same color originally purchased.

We do not offer refunds or color changes, as we cannot guaranteed the same color/quality will be available once an item is returned.
Exchange process Time
We offer a 7-day size exchange policy! This means you must contact us and dispatch the item from your end within 7 days of receiving your package.
Once we receive your package, please allow 2 business days for dispatch, plus an additional 5 to 6 working days for transit depending on your pin code. To avoid these shipping costs and the long wait time, it’s always best to double-check our Size Chart first! Let us know if you need any help picking the right size

Return Pickup
Please note that we do not have a return pickup service, so the item will need to be couriered back to our address. (We recommend checking with your courier agent for their estimated delivery days).

Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition—unwashed, unhindered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. How to Report a Damage

3. The Exchange Procedure
Once our team verifies the claim, we will provide you with the return address.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
